That my sugar is mostly stable as long as I eat “normal” food and do not bombard my body with very loaded carbs – i.e. chocolate, puddings, sweet drinks and funnily enough alcohol – beer being far far worse than my normal “get me through” suicide hour glass of red wine.
That the blips happen with the cheats.
That the lows happen rather unpredictably sometimes.
And I am not even diabetic, probably pre-diabetic.
