The joys of highs and lows

Ok so day 2 on the CGMS and I have to say it’s a brilliant companion. It is non-intrusive, a quiet yet accurate and always there if you need it friend. It does not beep incessantly and irritate the living daylight out of you. It does it’s job – monitor sugar- and minds it’s own business.

I love Dexcom!

So far I have had 3 low episodes of 3.3 ish, for the rest my sugars have been a fairly stable 5-6 mol/l.

If I were diabetic it would be a companion I could not or would not live without for the joy of knowing a rise and a drop long before the rise or the drop caused havoc and chaos.
